Whether you call it a dark night of the soul or simply, the void, you'll know when you're there. Life seemingly begins to fall apart, and nothing really is as it seems. Relationships end, foundations are unsteady and life as you know it has vanished. It's an unsettling time to say the least. Yet within the void, there is a powerful process being undertaken. 

 

You have two choices: fight against the unraveling or submit to the temporary darkness. If you choose to fight, know that you are fighting for things that while "known" and comfortable, perhaps uncomfortably so, are ready to change and trying to hold on will only result in strife and unnecessary pain while creating a ton of resistance. If you choose submission, know that you will see things leave your life, and you will be asked to have an intense amount of faith as your life as you know it falls apart. Understand that death brings rebirth.

 

Before you choose, know that neither is the easy choice, and you are being called into a more conscious way of living. A life with depth and meaning beyond what you have experienced before.

Going into the void is like falling into a black pit, descending down, down, down into the unknown. This journey requires commitment and a high level of self-care. To not get lost within the residences of your mind and programming, and in turn stay longer in the darkness than necessary requires commitment to the path.

This journey requires you to shed the mental programming, shed the energetics of the past and soothe your nervous system in the meantime. It requires bravery and grit.

You're either at the beginning stages, deep within it or are beginning to see the light of a new experience, much like a butterfly with wet wings.

Within each phase there is a unique set of tools and deeply rooted support. Although is phase is unique, they all require a holistic approach to see them through. Emergence was created specifically for this in a detailed way that incorporates the our four main bodies: mental. emotional, physical and energetic.

During our time together, we will dedicate each month dedicate to one of your four main bodies. We start in the mental body, clearing away stress and focusing on mindset, and opening you up to your full range of potential. The following month is focused on your emotional body, where we will work with your emotions, triggers, and more. The following month is all about the physical body. You will reconnect to yourself on a deep level, releasing and integrating as you go through movement and somatic activations. The final month is the energetic month, where we will focus on embodying your next level version of yourself while doing transformative energy work including but not limited to cord removal, energetic clearing, nervous system expansion and more.

Each session will consistent of both movement and mentorship. There is a strong focus on understanding your nervous system capacity and mental + emotional resilience. You will leave the container a stronger, more empowered version of yourself with many tools and practices at your disposal.

Emergence is a 4 month long container. We will meet every week for 90 minutes. It will be intense and it will be transformative. It is a commitment to your unfurling, to your most radiant self. You will feel raw in the process but rest assured, you will be quite supported on your journey. You will have access to me via Telegram M-F from 9am-6pm to ensure you have as much support as you need on your journey of Emergence.

Due to the nature of this work, I only work with a select few clients within Emergence. The investment is $4444.00 for the 4 month, one to one container.
