What style of yoga is taught in CCY Teacher Training?

We are vinyasa-based yoga school that incorporates undulating movements into many of the asanas (postures) taught throughout the class.  Pranayama and meditation are strongly incorporated into each class along with skillful alignment, sequencing and the upmost respect for various body types.
